Ākāra - Sanskrit for 'Form' refers to the material manifestation of consciousness and honors the ancient yoga tradition as a framework for this unique investigation into the artistic process.
The yogic path of self-mastery enables a journey toward inner liberation, offering meditative techniques which change our physiology. From an artists perspective, focused study on these techniques, particularly the breath and energetic science, is revealing access to unrestricted, on demand, creative flow state.
